Double scrollguy spawn in 3th room Ltgen AT (incl General!)

I went to Ltgen AT and in the third room i got cursed.. after i killed all i had 2 graves... 1 major general scrollguy and 1 general scroll guy... no ltgen scrollguy
Can this be fixed.. its kinda dangerous running into a General in Ltgen AT (there are 10 mobs spawning in that room)
I went back and forth to see if it was a 1 time thing or if it was just wrong. And its just wrong atm lol. Everytime i had the double scrolls (1 magen and 1 gen scroll)
