gpots and dpots? not as stealth? Am I going crazy?

Didn't gpots and dpots used to give more than 18/24 stealth? Was just looking at the ones in the temple behind the fence and noticed they give the same stealth as everything else. Though rpots still give 24 stealth. When did that happen? Or am I just losing it?

There were a couple of issues with pots and stealth but I can not recall what the problem was.
I had it on my notes to look at but ...

Moto was also looking and may have changed something.

Or maybe you are just losing it.
