Are you using the same client? You might want to download the game fresh. Or copy the complete folder from work to your home computer.
Perhaps you have a proxy server or something like that at home? Do you get the grey start screen? Or not even that?
Do you get an error, with an error code?

I tried fresh download, didn't work either.
I am using a Wifi Mesh system at home, i wonder if that can cause problem. I don't know what a proxy server is.
I do not get the start screen, just connecting to server > Could not establish connection.

Well are these 2 different PCs? If so then you should also mention what operating system as well as whether or not you are using a Windower.

Well, if your wifi is a mess...

Wifi Mesh is no problem.
Proxy server is a server that handles all internet. If you have someone at home who is quite into computers or online security you might have it.
If you have a standard consumer setup you won't.
Internet access seem to be blocked for the program. I assume you have tested a internet browser on that computer and you see it connect to web pages?
Then there might be an advanced setting for your firewall or related programs. Some firewalls only allow whitelisted programs, that means only programs that they know are safe. Like Windows Mail, Chrome browser, and such.
My bet would be those settings...
If not...I hope someone else has a bright idea
Good luck!

I have a Laptop and a pc at home, both aren't working.
I will carry my Laptop to work and try my network there.
I also have my old wifi router at home tested, still cannot connect.
I think my routers do have firewalls, i will look into it.
Thank You

are you using the same computer to log in at work that you are attempting to log into at home? this is the most important part of starting to figure out what is going on. it may have nothing to do with the internet or everything.

I have experienced same thing from time to time, and I have to chose to start it as administrator to make the client run.

Can you describe how far in the login process you get and also give me a character name that you are trying to login with?
You can PM me if you do not want to list the name publicly.
I can try in the logs to see how far you get.
Also a list of how you are running it e.g.
- Windows 10
Native client mode or via windowing software
Using graphics card fixes
Windows XP compatibility
Administrator mode

I was trying to login to 「Leona」, since she is my only ranking character.
My Computer's stat:
Windows 10 professional
Native Client mode
I am using graphics card fixes, I tried both of them
I am using Windows XP compatibility mode
I always right click and run as Administrator mode.
It always stuck at 「Connecting to Server」for like 30 sec,then 「Error:Could not establish Connection」
The funny fact is when I bring my Laptop to my workplace, I can login perfectly. Then when I take it back to my home, stuck again.
I am guessing something in my router is blocking the connection.
I have tried to use my old router, and that doesn't work either.
My current router is:AiMesh AX6100 WiFi System (RT-AX92U 2 Pack)
My old router is:TP LINK AC 5400

All the fixes I know relate to your PC.
If your PC is working on your work network but not on your home network then you are moving outside of my area of knowledge.
I have never had any problems from the network side, even when I set up my own home server for testing.
The client should not need any special permissions to access an external site that I am aware of.
I am assuming that the ping and tracert commands worked successfully.
Does it work if you wire directly into the router (not using Wi-Fi)?
