So if your in a clan you get plat sometimes when you solve pents. If your not in a clan you get nothing.

Is it possible that if your not in a clan you can get the plat in your inventory or instead of it not giving plat if your not in a clan you get a random amount of gold?

Are you claiming discrimination against non clannies?

The aim of the plat bonus was to encourage clannies to pent to preserve their clan, it was not for personal benefit.
We already have too much gold in the economy.

Would need something that was consumable (hp or end or mana?)
