Total Reset

So I know you can pay 100k and get a arch skill swapped/removed but it would be nice if was option to reset all skills to 1 and keep exp at the cost of some exp.
For example I got Knight AT at 39 million exp. I pay the Gods a fee of 10% of my total exp which is 3.9mil and all my skills are reset to 1 but ill still have all my exp to raise it back up minus the fee. Now with that being said 10% is a lot so maybe 5% lol. And not removing any skills just reverting it back to minimum.
