To offset caster supremacy in the one active xp zone make it so that any toon that passes, guessing on that value, 225 agi will be able to activate a pent that is being stood upon.

Stood upon pents should just be activatable or transformed into different formats to prevent having a monster blocking your progression through pents.

Pretty sure some speed flags should also exist for high agility chars so that they get a little edge in pents with movement, obv talking warr/AT here.
