Wanted to see if this was still active - i have save files for old accounts but the password i thought i used isn't work. wondering about a reset? or if the accounts are still alive?

Create a new player, get online, type /seen <name> to check if the characters are still alive.
The password error makes me think they aren't.

Hi Timmy,

Inactive accounts with over 1M experience get auto deleted after about a year.
Rebirthed characters get a bit longer than that.

Once they are autodeleted, there is no way to retrieve them.

If it has been a long time since you played, you may enjoy starting over and discovering all the changes that have been added.
