Damage over Time (DOT) abilities seem to bypass intended game functionality.

Examples

Lava:
Even if you have >5k Luck, if you die to Lava it will kill you (you do not get saved).

Poison:
Clan PVP is usually Arena style deaths , if you Poison/stunlock someone you can give them a real death or save.

Same with Death Traps. If you walk on spikes you will die regardless of your luck. Although I'm pretty sure Ishtar intended it to be this way.

Lava and Clan Poison both sound like bugs.
